As of lately I've been discovering a lot of amazing games on Microsoft's console, Xbox 360. I'm defiantly don't want to hate on it, but i mean... WHAT THE FUCK?!?!
Now, I'm not blaming The 360 itself. but Oblivion loads slower than my uncle Scotts great grandmother. Let me explain.
I went online to gamefly and got myself a "trial account". Basically it's a trick to get you addicted to their shitty service (Future rant material?). I saw so many games on there that I was dieing to play. For some reason, I pick Oblivion, which i Already own for PC. I stick in it, hopeing for some easy gamer score. What starred at me was a loading screen the barly moved in the 15 minutes it was there. I mean hell, the main theme music is good and all but hell, 15 minutes of just that is like those times when your girlfriends house for the first time meeting their family and they stare at you, evaluating you. If I were evaluating this game I'd say fuck this, I'm throwing this disk out the window. Again.
Now, the loading problem wouldn't be so bad, if maybe it was just once. But it's every damn time you enter or exit a building. I don't wanna play for 5 hours, and have 4 hours of it be loading fucking screen. Thank god it's a rental.
The loading screen is considerably longer than the PC version and the graphics arent even near what my Desktop can get. All I can say is "Do Not Want!" I'm sealing this bastard up and sending it back. Thank god i Also got Time shift to play... If the disk wasn't scratched on arival. Way to get business Gamefly... Dicks.
